我公司成立于1992年12月2日，现由上海异型钢管有限公司和日本金属软管株式会社为合资方，有180余名员工（其中工程技术人员30多名），占地18829m2，建筑面积：10493 m2，是膨胀节专业生产厂家，公司机构设置为：六部二室（其中生产部包括若干生产班组）。
Our company is created by Shanghai Special Shaped Steel Tube Co., Ltd. and Nippon Metal Hose Co., Ltd. on the 2nd of December, 1992. It is a special manufacturer in expansion joints. The land is occupied 18829m2, covered area 10493 m2. There are more than 180 staffs, including more than 30 engineers and designers. Now our company is made up of six departments and two divisions. And the produce department is divided into several produce groups.

In the electricity power line, we participated in many important project , such as expansion joints used for small turbine exhaust pipe in the first batch of 125 MW steam turbine in domestic. Especially in recent years, we supply the expansion joints for heavy fuel the steam turbine generator and super large hydraulic generator. Such as DN12400 for the Three Gorges hydropower plant, DN9000 for Guizhou Qinshui Jiang Bai city hydropower station, DN6800 for Burma Yawa hydropower station and assembled expansion joints for Yangjiang nuclear power 1# project.
