工作经验/Working Experience :5年以上无损探伤或其他工业设备销售经验/ Five years sales experience in non-destructive testing or other industrial equipment.
学历要求/Education :欧美大学毕业European or American University Graduated
薪金构成/Salary:基本工资+业绩提成 Basic + Sales bonus +Businese travel subsidy
岗位职责/Job Description:
主导无损检测系统的市场推广工作; Lead the sales team to develop the market of NDT inspection systems.
负责各行业潜在客户开发计划的制定,执行,及成果评估; Responsible for the planning, execution, and the review of marketing plan to the potential customers in diverse industries.
指导售前技术沟通,根据客户实际需求制定解决方案;Direct the pre-sales technical communication and work out the solution to the customers' specific requirements.
参与检测系统项目的合同谈判与执行;Participate in the negotiation and implementation of the business contract.
负责新老客户的跟踪和关系维护;Responsible for the maintenance of relationship with new and existing customers.
与总公司,分公司,及战略伙伴沟通合作计划以达成销售目标;Communicate with USA head office, branch offices and strategic alliance to hit the sales target through the collaboration.
定期汇报总公司所有项目进展情况,跟踪策略,及销售成果。Regularly reporting to USA head office about the progress of ongoing projects, the winning strategy, and the sales achievements.
任职要求/Job requirements::
工科本科或以上学历,具有较高英文读、写、及会话能力;College degree and up, major in engineering or relevant, with fluent English reading, writing, and speaking capability,
有无损检测、或工业仪器项目销售管理、竞标经验者优先;NDT or industrial systems’sales experience and experience in sales related bid or execution are major asset,
较强的领导和团队精神;With strong leadership and teamwork characters,
能适应频繁的出差Willing to travel ?frequently.
