-Incoming goods checking. 来料检测。

-workshop semi-finished products inspection. 车间半成品检测

-QA document archived(upload to SAP). 质量文档存档和管理

-customer documentation produced. 客户文件制作.
-Participate in 5S team they are assigned to, sharing responsibility for ensuring product quality meets design and also ensuring product manufacturing in continuously improving.参加5S团队，被分配于共同承担确保产品质量、确保满足设计要求的同时持续改良制作工艺。
-This role has the authority to stop the use of any part and or stop work on a job, when they do so an NCR must be raised.
此岗位有权要求停止生产任何部分或者停止工作，当这么做后必须提交NCR（产品质量不合格处理报告表）。
-The role will be required to work closely with design and manufacturing to ensure mistakes and design weaknesses are not repeated.

Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety (QCDS) responsibilities

？  Quality:      Zero tolerance for supplied material defects into the factory

？  Cost: reduce rework and scrap to save cost and provide high quality product to increase the customer satisfaction

？  Delivery: Meet R&D project schedules and MPS agreed issue dates (for orders)

？  Safety:         Maintain a no compromise Health and Safe work environment for all employees in the department

Responsibilities职责：
-Understand the design of product, ensure the assembly/welding confirm to the design.了解产品设计，确保装配/焊接与设计相符。
-Work closely with design and manufacturing to ensure mistakes and or design weaknesses are not repeated. Use the corrective action system as required.工作与设计和生产紧密连接以减少错误以及确保不再发生设计的重复错误。根据需要运用矫正行动系统。

-Maintain the skills needed to complete the assigned tasks. Fully understand the use and techniques required to correctly ensure and inspect the product.维持完成指定任务的需求技能，完全理解和拥有必备的技术以检查及确保产品的品质。
--Ensure only calibrated equipment is used for all measurement tasks, by you or operators.确保用于检测的工具都在合格的校验期内。
-Understand the manufacturing scheduling and ensure that your job is completed on time or rescheduled – quality always takes priority.明白生产安排和确保你的工作能按时完成或者能重新安排-品质永远是***位。
-Be aware of all applicable work instructions and procedures, ensure discipline in their use. 注意所有适用的工作指令和程序,确保按规矩使用。
-Own the quality of your own work.确保你自己的工作质量。
-Never compromise safety.安全问题决不妥协。

Knowledge, experience required知识及经验需求：
-College graduate or bachelor degree requirements.大专及本科学历。

-More than ten years experiences in a similar job within an engineering environment of welding process and welding quality control, related work experience is preferred in rotating equipment business. 在焊接过程及焊接质量控制有10年以上工程经验,有相关动设备行业工作经验的优先。

- NPT (esp PT/DPI) level 2 or higher certification is necessary & more than 3 years related working experience. 必须持有二级以上无损探伤资格证，并有三年以上相关从业经验。

- CWI or CSWIP3.1 certification is preferential. 持有CWI或CSWIP3.0证书优先考虑。

-English speaking and writing is preferred. 良好的英语口语沟通能力和书面书写能力。
