防腐工程师

岗位职责Roles and Accountabilities:
防腐工程师负责营运部管理的接收站内的管道及设备设施的腐蚀控制工作，负责站场、阀室的地上管道及设备、设施的腐蚀控制工作。

Corrosion Protection Engineer’s mainly responsibility is to do thecorrosion control work for the pipeline and facilities in terminal, and do thecorrosion control work for the aboveground pipeline and facilities in Off-takestations and Block Valve stations charged by OPS.。

主要工作Principal Activities: 

• 根据管道、设备设施的特点，选择合适的腐蚀控制方法，对营运部门负责的管道、储罐、码头、设备设施等进行腐蚀控制

  According to pipeline and facilities’ characteristic,choosing proper methods to control the corrosion of pipeline, tanks, jetty andother facilities charged by OPS

• 负责接收站内管道、储罐、及设备设施等的涂层管理及维护，负责接收站埋地和海水中的管道、码头等的阴极保护系统的管理、监测及维护;

  To manage and maintain the coating ofpipeline, tank and other facilities in terminal, to manage, monitor andmaintain of the cathodic protection systems for buried and offshore pipeline,jetty and other facilities in terminal

• 负责各分输站、阀室及阀井的地上管道及设备设施的涂层维护工作及地面设备的腐蚀控制

   Tomanage and maintain the coating of aboveground pipeline and facilities inOff-take stations, Block Valve stations and Valve Pits；

• 监测管道、设备设施的防腐体系的状况，确保其完整和有效

  Monitoring pipeline and facility’s corrosionprotection system make sure it’s in integrity and effective

• 开展管道、设备设施的腐蚀调查工作，并制定解决方案

  To investigate and analyze the corrosion rootand provide an anti-corrosion solution

• 建立接收站内的埋地与海水中管道、设备设施和分输站、阀室内的地上管道、设备设施的涂层修复体系及标准

  To establish the coating maintenance systemand procedures for buried and offshore pipeline, facilities in terminal, andfor aboveground pipeline, facilities in off-take stations and block valvestations

• 检查管道和设备设施的涂层状况，制定涂层修复计划

  Inspect facilities’ coating properties, authorizedcoating repair plans

• 审核承包商防腐技术方案，监督防腐承包商的防腐工作，控制防腐质量; Audit the anti-corrosionstatement complied by contractor, and supervise and control the quality of theanti-corrosion work  

• 编制、审核、更新公司内部防腐控制程序；

  Complied, audit and update anti-corrosionprocedures of GDLNG

• 开展防腐专业培训

  Provide corrosion protection training

• 配合其他专业，提供防腐技术支持

  Provide corrosion control service to othersubject

   

• 能力和经验Competencies & Experience：

• 熟悉管道和设备的腐蚀原理和特点，熟悉涂料、阴极保护、金属涂层、缓蚀剂、电镀及阳极氧化等腐蚀控制方法。

  Familiar with corrosion fundamental andproperties of pipeline and facilities, familiar with various corrosion controlmethods, such as coating, cathodic protection, mental coating, inhibitor,electro-plate, anodic oxidation.

• 熟悉涂层、阴极保护、缓蚀剂技术的设计和施工， 熟悉GB、ISO、NACE、AS、EN等关于防腐保温方面的标准

  Familiar with design and construction ofcoating application, cathodic protection, inhibitor, familiar with GB, ISO,NACE, AS, EN about anti-corrosion and insulation standards.

• 熟悉石油化工行业的管道及设备，了解材料的耐蚀性能，了解无损检测（NDT）知识。

  Familiar with petrochemical industry pipelinesand equipment, familiar with corrosion resistance material and nondestructivetesting (NDT) 

• 工作积极、主动、高效，良好的英语阅读与基本的英语写作能力，良好的组织、沟通和团队协作能力。

  High level of individual initiative andpersonal efficiency , Good English reading and basic writing capability, Goodorganization, communication and teamwork ability.

工作经验和教育背景Work Experience &Education Background: 

• 3年及以上石油天然气或化工行业防腐工作经验,拥有丰富的现场施工管理经验。

3+ years of anti-corrosion work experiences in oil& gas or chemical industry, with rich experience in site constructionmanagement.

• 腐蚀与防护、化学化工、材料学及相关专业本科及以上学历。

University or College degree in Corrosion and Protection, Chemistry andChemical Engineering, Material orequivalent.

• 拥有NACE CIP, CP或国家颁发的防腐工程师证书者优先

NACE CIP, CP or corrosion protection engineer certificationpreferred
