Leading Hand for FabShop 电焊工长

Leading hands must direct technicians and provide them with guidance and help during the days work. They work in with their Supervisor and carry out their directives onto the floor. They take ownership of the job and make sure there are no mistakes or problems.

工长必须指挥其他技师的工作并在工作中提供指导和帮助。与主管紧密配合并确保指令实施到位。工长拥有各项工作的所有权，所以要保证不出任何错误和问题。

Skill in electric welding and gas shielded welding (as CO2 welding) and gas welding.具备电焊 ,气焊和气体保护焊(如CO2焊接等)的技能. Know sheet metal repair process.了解钣金件维修工艺.
