一、参加人员：
证件2012年到期的均需参加本次复试。
按《考规》要求，申请复试的检验员必须满足以下所规定的基本检验数量：

网上报名注意事项：
1、取证人员申请帐号时，表格内容要据实填齐，并认真记录用户名和密码，一个身份证号码只能注册一次，此用户名和密码一次注册长期有效，一个用户名可多次申请其它检验检测项目的考试。
2、网上报名提交成功后，下载打印《特种设备检验检测人员
（二）、考试确认及考前辅导班报到时间：2012年3月25日10：00-18：00；
（三）、考前辅导及考核时间：2012年3月26日至4月1日。
三、参加复试的人员需一次性提交以下资料：
（一）、单位营业执照复印件、单位组织机构代码证复印件（营业执照和组织机构代码证年检记录必须要在有效期内，事业单位提供法人代表证明）；
（二）、《特种设备检验检测人员申请表（考试、证书申请）》，网上报名成功后，下载打印并签名；
（三）、本人身份证复印件、原证书复印件（报到现场提供原件审核）；
（四）、一寸免冠彩色照片1张（贴在申请表上）；
以上资料请于2012年3月1日前寄到广东省特种设备行业协会。

复试补考人员不需要网上报名，直接邮寄纸质材料进行报名。

（三）、注意事项：
1、会员单位请带齐会员证复印件；
2、没有进行网络报名或网络报名不符合条件的人员不予参加考核；现场审核资料不符合条件的，不予参加考核；
3、2011年复审不合格人员均需参加本次考核；

5、网上审核通过以后，请自行登录系统打印准考证。
