Responsibilities:
Be responsible for specific project organization establishment and control according to project and client’s requirement, be responsible for project management documentation compilation, check the contractor relevant document, execute the project plans, Including human resource demobilization and mobilization, project schedule, project HSE, Quality, documentation and logistic management; keep contact and communicate with the client, contractor and engineers to meet project targets.
负责特定项目机构的组建与控制，满足项目与业主的要求，并负责执行项目计划，包括人员的动复员、项目计划，项目HSE、质量、进度、文档与后勤管理。保持与业主、承包商和工程师沟通，达到项目的要求。
Requirements:
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, mechanical , electric or relevant本科以上学历，化工工程，机械，电气或其他相关专业
2.Over 6 years experiences with projects, especially good at CAPEX project procedure management, served as project manager, Superintendent 6年以上 项目的工作经验，熟悉大型项目的管理工作，项目经理，主管。
3.Good knowledge about commissioning/start-up/shutdown in OGP plant 对项目的试车/开车/停车及设备调试有一定的经验
4.Be familiar with the QA/QC procedure, has some knowledge with the material, welding & NDE. 熟悉QA/QC管理程序，对材料、焊接及无损检验有一定的了解。
5.Experience in petrochemical, chemical, LNG will be preferred 有石化，化工，LNG项目经验者者优先
6. With national construction engineer qualification is preferred具备国家设备监造工程师资质优先
7. Good communication skill and can use English as working language 良好的沟通技巧，能将英语作为工作语言
7.Team-spirited and can work under pressure 富有团队合作精神，能承受压力
8.Good health is required 身体健康
9. Willing to travel domestic or abroad. 愿意在国内国外出差。
