-Job Responsibilities
1. Measurement/test products（UT/MT/PT）, including engineering to order products, series products, external purchased parts and prototypes as well as raw material and semi-finished goods.
检验和判定产品质量（无损探伤UT/MT/PT），这包括定制产品，批量化产品，外构件和样品，同时也包括内部和外部供应的原材料及半成品。
2. Support production, purchasing and development during the CIP process.
配合支持生产，采购和研发部门的持续改进过程。
3. Analyze and judge the capability and stability of manufacturing and engineering process.
检验和判定生产和工艺过程的能力及稳定性.
4. Management of nonconformity process and analyze quality data.
管理和实施不符合项的处理流程,并分析相应的质量数据.
5. Support welding&process engineer, give professional suggestions （based on NDT results）.
支持焊接工程师，工艺工程师等，提供专业建议（基于探伤结果）
6. Supervising improvement of measurement methods.
组织改进和提高测量方法。
7. Support and coordinate Shipment-Survey issues.
支持与协调船级社的认证事宜。

任职资格（技术/经验/教育）
1. College degree or above.
大专及以上.
2. Corresponding qualification（UT III,MT II,PT II,RT II）
具备相关无损探伤资质（UT II,MT II,PT II）
3. Above 5 years experience in NDT area.
具备5年以上无损探伤行业工作经验。
4. Knowledge about quality system and q-tools （8D, problem solving, product audit, etd.）
具备基本的质量体系以及质量工具的基础知识
5. English basic skill：listening，speaking，reading，writing
具备基本的英语听，说，读，写能力
