Develop inspection plans for fixed equipment/piping/valves based on project requirement;

 Effectively execute common inspection to perform job responsibilities such as drawing control, material quality control, welding control, NDT control, HT control, testing control, surface control, etc.  

高效率执行相关检验，如图纸审查，材料检验，焊接控制，无损检测审查，热处理审查，见证试验，表面处理检查 等；

Identifying project Quality Assurance plan inspection requirements, equipment items to be inspected, manufacturing shops and level of inspection; 

项目质量保证体系审核；

_ Performing shop visits during fabrication for verification of compliance to code and design specifications and assess fabricators performance; 

车间访问确认是否符合相关标准规范；

_ Preparing and maintaining inspection file for each equipment item with detailed drawings, specification purchase order and correspondence; 

根据项目要求进行检验文件审查；

_ Working with project scheduling department, expediting and purchasing departments, and preparing an inspection schedule; tracking schedule and setting up scheduled inspection visits with manufacturing shops; 

根据项目要求制定检验时间计划并跟踪执行；

_ Traveling to manufacturing shops and physically inspecting the equipment items both internally and externally with appropriate NDE technology; 

访问车间并亲自用相关设备进行容器的内部及外部检查

_ Preparing detailed inspection reports describing the extent of the inspection, andreporting all non-conforming items to MI manager for their analysis and approvedcorrective actions. Issuing written release for shipment; 

出具相应检验报告详述相关符合或不符合项，并提出分析意见。

_ Passively auditing shop progress and feedback to expediting;

? Develop contacts with personnel at each equipment supplier (Quality Assurance, Engineering and Shop Supervisors); 工作中的相关协调

? Provides specialized knowledge and skills in measuring and evaluating the as-built quality of process equipment in the Quality Control Inspection; Assure the equipment meets all QA/QC Manager  

相关的检验技巧和设备使用技能

岗位要求：

B.S. or above, major in chemical process technology or chemical engineering or welding, or metal material engineering, or equivalent; 

本科或以上，化工工程，设备，材料，焊接等专业；

· At least 8 years of experience with shop inspection, or inspections in the chemical plant. 

 8年以上车间检验或现场压力容器检验工作经验；

· Experiences in using/analyzing of engineering documents etc; 

熟练应用相应的工程文件

· Have PT Level II, MT Level II, UT Level II; and ASME, or API 510, 570, 653 certifications is preferred. 

有NDT证书或具有ASME， API， 等证书或经验优先；

· Familiar with the damage mechanism of equipment and piping in chemical plant,

熟悉常见的失效方式或机理

· Familiar with of Engineering codes including: GB; ASME, API, ANSI, ASNT 

熟悉相关标准

· Workable Oral English, good written English; 

英文口语交流及书写；

· Ability or knowledge to handle mechanical equipment in a safe manner； 

熟悉工厂中相关机械；

· High responsibility and team work spirit;
