热镀锌锌锅冶金行为数值模拟的研究进展

资料简介

利用有限元软件可以模拟热镀锌生产线中锌液的运行状况,以获得具有高表面质量的热镀锌产品.简要介绍了数值模拟技术在锌锅中冶金行为的研究进展,重点对锌锅中温度场、速度场、浓度场和锌渣生成量及分布的模拟结果进行了综述,展望了数值模拟技术在锌锅实际生产应用中的发展方向.
