采用高能微弧合金化技术在K3合金表面制备了Ni3A1(Cr)涂层;对其制备工艺进行了优化,并对涂层在1 000 ℃下的氧化行为进行了研究.结果表明:用高能微弧合金化技术可在K3合金表面制备出微晶涂层,阳极材料采用铸态Ni3Al(Cr)金属间化合物所得涂层能够与基体形成冶金结合;在1 000 ℃下,所得涂层因晶粒细化可以在较短时间内生成连续保护性富铝/铬氧化膜,而铸态电极和K3合金不能形成连续致密的氧化膜,因此所得涂层比铸态Ni3Al(Cr)电极和K3合金具有更好的抗氧化性能,并且NiO和尖晶石的生成量也减少.
